- GBG proofs come back for checking with two week deadline (May extend into May)

- Send Regional Cider Pub of the Year winner to National Cider Pub of the Year coordinator

- Regional Cider Pub of the Year announced
- Regional Pub and Club of the Year judging
- Regional and National Directors meeting
July
- Regional Pub of the Year judging closes at the end of the month
- Regional Club of the Year judging closes at the end of the month
August
- Super-regional Pub and Club of the Year judging starts and runs until end of September

- Regional Club/Pub/Cider Pub of the Year presented
- Super-regional Pub/Club of the Year judging closes at the end of the month

Branches receive GBG schedule

- RDs with finalists in Pub of the Year arrange certificate presentations. These need to take place before the end of November should take place within two/three weeks if possible
