There is an online meeting every month for area/county coordinators to which members of the the regional team are invited.

January

  • Branch Good Beer Guide (GBG) surveying

February

  • Regional Meeting and Election
  • Regional and National Directors meeting
  • Branch GBG entries selected and uploaded

March

  • Branch Pub of the Year entries close, regional round of judging starts and runs until the end of July.
  • Send list of Branch Pub of the Year winners to the National Pub of the Year
  • Coordinator
  • Branch Club of the Year entries close. Regional judging runs to the end of July.
  • Send list of Branch Club of the Year winners to the National Club of the Year
  • Coordinator
  • Region sign off GBG entries

April

  • GBG proofs come back for checking with two week deadline (May extend into May)

May

  • Send Regional Cider Pub of the Year winner to National Cider Pub of the Year coordinator

June

  • Regional Cider Pub of the Year announced
  • Regional Pub and Club of the Year judging
  • Regional and National Directors meeting

July

  • Regional Pub of the Year judging closes at the end of the month
  • Regional Club of the Year judging closes at the end of the month

August

  • Super-regional Pub and Club of the Year judging starts and runs until end of September

September

  • Regional Club/Pub/Cider Pub of the Year presented
  • Super-regional Pub/Club of the Year judging closes at the end of the month
  • Regional and National Directors meeting
  • Champion Beer of Britain voting opens

October

Branches receive GBG schedule

November

  • RDs with finalists in Pub of the Year arrange certificate presentations. These need to take place before the end of November should take place within two/three weeks if possible
